I am assuming that you have Illustrator already installed. Are you looking at the Users preferences directory or the System one?
If you install and run Illustrator CC 2014, com.adobe.CSXS.5.plist will be generated. It is generated when an CC 2014 app with CEP 5 is run for the first time.
The file in user preference folder, such as /Users/username/Library/Preferences.
Well.... I figured it out.
Since the file uses that reverse domain, com.adobe.CSXS.2.5.plist is the plist for 5.2. com.adobe.CSXS.5.plist would be for 5.0
Anyway, things are working mostly normally now. Debugging still doesn't generate a log the way it should, but Illustrator is loading my test extension at least.
Well, the file has showed up at some point over the past weeks.I don't know why or how, but the correct one is there now.
Hi I missing also com.adobe.CSXS.5.plist
Since few weeks I try to use illustrator CC2014, upgrade or doing other stuff, but nothing happen....
In my Mac book pro Retina the path is not /Users/username/Library/Preferences but directly Library/Preferences. Could it be the problem?
or I have still few application in CS6 should i remove them all ?
What could I do ?
Thank you for your help !
