    My CC subscription code was redeemed this November, but Adobe tells me it's either expired or does not exist.



      I am a student in an art school in Moscow, and Adobe provides us with free CC subscriptions every year. I redeemed my code, but Adobe doesn't seem to recognize this: on my account page, the plan looks like this (the upper inscription translates as 'plans and products and the lower one as 'expired') and, when I downloaded CC program (even though I tried everything - changing language everywhere, working with hosts, redeeming code again - it says it's redeemed) programs still open as trial versions and ask for a serial number.

      What can be wrong with my subscription and what should I do to make it work?
