Creative Cloud' Apps section shows Download error. I tried every possible way that has been discussed here to resolve the problem. None of them worked. I chatted with customer rep, he just tried one solution and then he "smartly" drove me away by asking me restart my laptop so that he could disconnect with me. Very smart and useful. Can anyone tell me a actionable way to fix the problem? My operating system is 10.10.1
