I have contact support by email and chat and never got a respond. It looks like you guys are doing this so you can keep customer, and it looks like I'm not alone in this idea. why not put a cancel membership button????? i would never buy anything from you guys again. lost a good customer.

come on John its not like i haven't tried those links. NO ONE RESPONDS. even by phone. and i have seen you respond to these cancelation forms and ll you do is copy past the same thing to answer people.
