Question: step 3 of installation -- do you have to buy the plan?

How can I install the latest flashplayer so that I can watch videos on youtube without agreeing to pay the $10 month fee for the various extra services that Adobe offers. I repeatedly get blocked plug in message, but attempts to install updated flash only take me to step 3, purchase these extras, and don't allow me to complete the download without making a purchase.

Flash Player doesn't require a purchase.  They do show an offer for a Photoshop subscription after the installation has successfully completed.  My guess is that you have the player installed, but something else is hanging you up.
