Re-Installation of after effects cc (not 2014)

I uninstalled after effects cc ( not 2014 ) a couple of days ago. When I try to re-install it there is no option to do so. There is only after effects cc 2014 available

Adobe sent me here, to this un-answered post, as the answer to my question.  Are any of the experts adobe was touting able to answer this question?
