Need to re-insall Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and will not take my Serial Number

Adobe is the only one who can deal with activation issues. However, I am not sure if it will offer you help since Premiere Elements 10 is
not the current version. You might end up with a reply like this is a technical issue and not an activation issue, Ask the Community. I hope that
I am wrong on that.
If any problems in that regard, the following is what I am suggesting:
1. Go to the Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com, sign in, use Search to get to "My Products", and in your products locate
Adobe Premiere Elements 10. Click on that to reveal the serial number. Does it match the one that you are entering?
2. Are you re-installing Premiere Elements 10 to the same computer from which you uninstalled it?
3. Try the reinstall (presumed on the same computer) with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
Please let us know the outcome.
