Enable track changes before you start editing. Then when you're finished editing, a script can get the pages with tracked changes.
Thank you for your valuable reply. I will check this.
Is there any option to get these option via blacklining plugin. We are now using the Blacklining CS6 windows version.
I've not heard of Blacklining. Is that a scriptable plug-in? Does it leave
any codes or marks? If not, use InDesign's native change-tracking, you can
find its mark-up.

Sorry for the late.
Blacklining is a third party plugin, is shows marking in InDesign (see the below screenshot1), but i don't know whether it will support scripting or not?
My requirement is i need PDF only for the corrected pages. (For Ex: suppose revision 3 having 5 corrected pages and revision 6 having 6 pages, etc...)
In Blackling plugin there is no options for creating PDF for only the particular revisions. it will create the PDF for whole documents only.
Currently we are creating pages manually by using page range. (see screen shot 3)
Well, you'll have to get in touch with the Blackline people and ask them
if their markup is exposed to scripting. And if that's the case, how.
