Hi John, Adobe support does not work. The Contact Us feature goes in circles. As usual the user experience with Adobe is less than satisfactory. Their email addresses all bounce back. Is this deliberate? What email address can I contact them on?
There is no email address that I know of... the links I provided are all I have
Chat Feature disabled I am sorry you are facing difficulty contacting our support team. I would recommend using a different web browser. If you continue to face difficulties then you may want to temporarily disable your security software or utilize a smartphone or tablet to contact our support team.
Thanks Jeff, I tried that and it only gives the option to cancel membership via phone or this Forum? It's like Adobe is deliberately making it inconvenient for people to cancel their memberships. Is there an email address I can contact at Adobe Jeff? Thanks :-)
Sorry you couldn't help me Jeff. I have confirmation from an Adobe Customer Care Consultant that "We do not have any Customer Service email address" so with Chat and this Forum ruled out the only way for their software customers to get in contact with Adobe is by telephone. I hope this helps anyone else stuck going in circles on the unhelpful Adobe website
