    Reset Audio Normalize Gain

    florruth

      Hi everyone,

I used the audio gain function to change the volume of all of the clips in my sequence (can't remember if I did "set gain to" or "normalize all peaks" or "adjust gain by"), and I would like to restore the audio to its original levels now by undoing the normalize/gain function.

If I select them all and click "set gain to" 0, will it restore everything? What if the peaks have been normalized?

      I've read this thread:

      https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1468840?start=0&tstart=0

But I don't want to normalize max peak anymore. I want the audio to be clean and back in its original state.

Is there any way to do this without having to replace the clips one by one?!

      Thanks!
