Is this a question about an Adobe Product? If so, what Adobe product?
Sorry, it's Adobe Premiere Element 13
Moved to Premiere Elements forum.
On what computer operating system is Premiere Elements 13 running?
What video card/graphics card does your computer use? Please go to Edit Menu/Preferences/General and
look at the problem with and with a check mark next to the option for Intel HD Graphics 2000 and Higher.
Please let us know the results so that we can decide what next in the troubleshooting.
Operating system is Windows 8.1 (64bit Intel Core i7 2.4GHz 8GoRAM)
Intel HD Graphics 4600
NVIDIA GeForce 840M
Though the Graphics card is higher, I removed the check mark of the option for "Intel Graphics 2000 and Higher".
I tried 2 times with and wihout this option and it seems that it is OK only without !
Your idea was good and I will keep this option removed.
Nevertheless, I would like to know what is the effect of this option ? Does it reduce the compilation time ?
Is this issue a bug which will be corrected in a next release ?
Great news that the preference Intel HD Graphics or Higher was involved in your issue and needed to be disabled in order for you to continue in your project without problems.
This is not Adobe. Rather user to user. So, we do not know what plans Adobe has for this preference that it has put into Premiere Elements 13.
Adobe appearance in this forum is not defined, but it typically appears around the time of a new version. Recently PRE_help posted about this Premiere Elements 13 preference and the Publish+Share area. Please refer to PRE_help comments on this preference in the following link
