    Device not authorized - Kobo


      I authorized my Kobo in ADE and can transfer the book to my kobo but when I try to open the book, it tells me my device is not authorized so I can't open it. I tried reseting to factory settings and set it up on someone else's account and it works. I reseted to factory settings and tried again and I always get the same error message. For some reason, even when ADE confirms the device has been authorized it doesn't work. Whit all the tests I did, I know the issue is with my ADE account and not my device. Can anyone help?
