    Email notifications to nonmembers


      We need to create 20 forms with a different person for each as the contact.  Email notifications need to go to different (nonmember) contacts.  These contacts are health care workers throughout the state so it is not reasonable ask them all to create accounts. (especially since the contact change frequently) Is there any way to have form submission emails go to nonmembers? Can we add them to our account or FormCentral team. Is this an option if we upgrade?
