i'm trying to download elements 11 program on my other computer and it wont except my serial #

You don't realize it, but you posted this in the Adobe Captivate forums. I'll be happy to move your question to the appropriate forum, but I'm not sure what "Elements" version you have. Is it Premiere? Is it Photoshop?
