Can anyone help with this problem? TIA
I was planning on using the trial version until I got my subscription for Christmas, but not being able to use the program at all concerns me.
After downloading installing PS and commencing trial, opening PS results in pop-up box asking me if I want to import presets from an earlier version of PS. Clicking 'Yes', 'No' or just waiting always ends in the same result.
Within 5 seconds of opening PS, Windows error message of: Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 has stopped working/ Check on line for a solution and close the program/ close the program
I tried opening a photo directly from Bridge and a different one from Lightroom; picture opens, followed by pop-up box...same result
I uninstalled and reinstalled PS CC and tried everything again; same result
I'm using Window 7 sp1

As the crash report says - your outdated video card driver is crashing. You need to update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website (AMD/ATI in this case).
