What is missing?
Assets in the project window or are files off lline?
Is the problem that the Premiere project file (*.prproj) is missing? If so, how are you searching for it? Through the operating system's file browser? By clicking Open in Premiere's Welcome dialog? Have you used the OS's search function to scan your whole computer?
Or is the project file right where it should be but when you open the it you can't find your sequences and assets? If this is the issue, then please start by going to the Window menu, then the Workspace submenu, then click Reset Current Workspace. If you still have a problem, please post a screenshot of the entire Premiere Pro window.
all files are at the right place - but when I opened CC Pro my Project in the past days it was in a actual form to work on it, at the Cutter-Window (Sequenz_01) but now there is nothing.
Even if i try to load the sequenz to cutting-windows its not there in the way I expect to (soundfiles / textfiles / movies) change something on my project..... two lines movie / sound that's it.
With the next try to load, I can see still two lines (V/S) but no picture anymore only the sound...... grrrgrgrgrr
Please post a screendump.
Hi Ann, hello everybody, this afternoon was my problem with my project solved "Thank God". I wanted to thank you for your efforts.
The solution: A good friend of mine, he's almost a professional in relation to Premiere Pro came back from vacation and I was able to describe the problem to him briefly.
Via TeamViewer he could latch on my PC and analyze the problem shortly. In the Timeline, he placed the mouse on the remaining track of my current working view and with a short double-click he activated my missing window.
Now everything is as it should be and I can work again on my project !
My mistake - as I have unconsciously brought my cutting window status - when I was copying some data it my active window I put it (didn't know how?) in a Nesting status, that's the reason why I could see only the two tracks
with video & sound. I didn't know that you can restore the original status by just double click on one of these tracks. It's usefull for bigger projects to bring the sequences simple together.
I hope I was able to describe the problem with my english that you understand what's happen.
At least I'm glad my normal work area is back again.
With the best regards from Switzerland,
