Was working on a video, had like 6 compositions I'd put together into a final comp - rendered it, and then when I went back into the individual compositions, all of them but one no longer display anything - it's just a total gray screen. See screenshot.
It's not that the window is offscreen or something - there is just nothing there. Oddly when I scrub through the final comp, everything displays. It's like it's there, but I just can't see it in the individual comps.
If I go back far enough in my autosaves, the windows are still there, but huge chunks of work would need to be redone.
Please tell me there's just something I'm missing. This sucks.
Windows 7, After Effects 220.127.116.11.
To begin with: You have the Composition panel zoomed out to 1600%. Make that 100% or something else much smaller than 1600%.
Also, why are you using 13.0.2? You should be using After Effects 13.2, the most recent update. Check for updates by choosing Help > Updates.
Thanks Todd. Turned out to be a user error. I'm an AE tyro, right, and I didn't realize that scrubbing through my final comp, I was also scrubbing thru the others. Have some points...I'll just leave this in case anybody else is as retarded as me.
