I have been told to come here to talk with customer support. I have been waiting for a customer support chat to come up for hours, but none have become available I have been on hold for quite a while, all I want to do is cancel my CC plan and be done with this. Please give me some instructions or help because I am tired of being told to talk to someone when no one will talk to me. This is a last resort.
The CC was purchased in September 2014, there is a cancellation fee associated with it, please contact customer support for cancellation.
