AMD Radeon 6900M x2 crosfire GDDR5 graphics card?

    Nelson.R

I know this is a very simple question but i need an answer. I am looking for a laptop to do my video with adobe premiere pro CC. I am short on money but have decided that i will go for a gaming laptop with an i-7 processor and 16 ram. I found an alienware gaming laptop here and it seems to be a good machine

      Item: Alienware m18x i7-2760QM 2.4Ghz, 16GB Ram, 256 GB SSD, G35, G500, G19 Gaming Pkg

Now my problem, i could not find the graphics card on adobes supported graphics cards list. Is this a simple miss spelling on ebay or is this card actually not supported? Please also let me know if my system specs that i am looking for are flawed.

          Hi Nelson,

Unfortunately the Premiere Pro does not have the time or resources to test every GPU released. Even though the 6900M is not listed on the supported GPU list it does not mean the card won't work or has any compatibility issues. As long you have a GPU with a minimum of 786MB VRAM the card should allow you to enable GPU acceleration within Premiere Pro CC.

It's always a good idea to ask for suggestions from other users on the forums. Try posting on the Premiere Hardware forum as well. There's lots of bright folks over there. Here's the link:
