The Auto Analyzer is controlled under the Preferences in the Elements Organizer (under the Edit menu on a PC).
On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12/12.1 working on? I am assuming Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit for now.
Based on your screenshot, you appear to be in the Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Editor and not in the Elements Organizer 12.
a. Click on Organizer Tab in the Welcome Screen
b. In the Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Expert workspace, click on the Organizer Tab at the bottom of the Expert workspace.
Elements Organizer 12 Workspace/Edit Menu/Preferences/Media-Analysis
Then in the Elements Organizer 12 workspace, go to Edit Menu/Preferences/Media-Analysis and disable the AutoAnalyzer options.

Yes it works. How is the user supposed to find this? Why is there no master Preferences? I don't need an "Organizer".
We are not Adobe. Rather user to user forum. The Whys need to come from Adobe on this one. The situation that you target is not unique to Premiere Elements 12/12.1.

As an aside, have you updated 12 to 12.1 Update using an opened project's Help Menu/Update. A known perk of the update is that it corrects
the Expert workspace Text/Style issue.
