    why is it impossible to get answers 4 hours later?


      HELP with all Adobe related to Premiere Pro and cloud. I cannot seem to get any answers for any of my questions about how to move files to edit, what my year long subscription has paid for when I cannot move files and why I cannot even cancel my subscription. I have been trying to move some files to edit, quite simply for the last four hours and have nothing.@
