    I can not download files creative cloud

    no puedo sincronizar

      I need help. For two updates I can not use the sincroonizacion of creative cloud. Puts in my language "Connection lost" and I can not download my edits uploaded to creative cloud. Before not happened to me, and not because of my internet, for sure. What I have to do?
