Hello, I would like to publish my video to my website in the highgest quality possible. WEhen I publish it as a Flash Video and try to play it on my PC (which has the latest flash player) I get a message saying that Adobe Reader can't open the file because it is either not a supported file type or the file has been damaged. Can anyone advise please. Many thanks in advance, Rob
What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Please detail your export settings from Premiere Elements including what you are selecting for Presets. Are you using the default
setting for the preset selected or are you customizing the preset selected under its Advanced Button/Video Tab and Audio Tab?
If you are exporting a flv or f4V file from Premiere Elements using
Share or Publish+Share/Computer/Adobe Flash Video, then you are using Premiere Elements earlier than 13. Premiere Elements
13 no longer offers the Adobe Flash Video.
What is the version of your latest flash player?
We will be watching for your reply.
