This year I have purchased photography plan membership Valid until 15 July 2015. Yet I get a message "We are having trouble verifying your membership"
I assume it caused by an old membership (creative cloud for team) which I didn't renew. I cannot cancel this account.
How can I stop the "We are having trouble verifying your membership" message?
