    swf to export new swf

I'm using a working .swf to successfully compile data from a number of sources including external xml files. What i would like to do is use the graphical interface created with the first .swf and to hit a button which would export a new .swf with all of the references intact. For example, the first references an xml file for processing and then outputs a new xml file in a different location - i need the second (exported) swf file to be written with the new filename and location already written into the file. Is this possible? Using an swf to process and export (or save) a new swf?
