Freshmen ana you posted in the Creative Cloud Download & Install forum does this mean you are receiving an installation or download error? If so what specific error are you receiving when trying to download or install InDesign CC 2014?
Since going to holiday and change an Internet connection opening the Indesign is not possible, while doing this I kept receiving an dialog box as mentioned before. So no particular error.I suppose it is not downloading error aether since the application is on my comp.Hm..
Moving this discussion to the InDesign forum.
Freshman Ana the community in this forum may be able to provide suggestions regarding the launch failures you are facing with InDesign CC 2014.

This type of error is often caused by a lack of permissions to write the preferences. The installer is supposed to get that right, but sometimes does not.
Things you can try:
First, see Replace Your Preferences to locate the path information for your version of Windows. These are hidden folders, so you will need to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders in the folder options.
Once you can see the folders, check to make sure that both your user and System have full rights. It may be sufficient to set this and restart ID, but if that doesn't work, try deleting the two InDesign folders in your profile and relaunch ID.
If that still doesn't work, create a new user account, log in with the new account and try launching ID. If it works, go back to the original account, delete the existing folders, and copy the folders from the new account.
You all are a wizards to me.Thank you for the solution. ID is working now.Yeeeee
I fix it with replacing preferences.Thank you once more.
