    Problems when starting Adobe Premiere Elements





      Why do i get this message when i start the program?

          On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13 running?


          Is this the first time you are starting the program and getting this message? In other words is this a "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before" type issue?


          If this is a new first time install, I would explore uninstall, free ccleaner run through, and then reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
