I am wondering about this too, someone is adjusting my shortcuts. Grrrr
There is no option to log out of all the machines in one go.
Once the activation limit is reached that time you do get an option to deactivate the Adobe CC from all machines.
That doesn't solve my problem.
I'm a freelancer and work on other computers than my own sometime.
I worked with my CC account on a computer that I can not access anymore (to log out). Simply because i don't know where that is.
So someone is using my account and the most annoying thing is, that person is changing my shortcuts.
What can I do?
That's a good tip for the future, however that still doesn't solve the problem I'm having right now.
Right now, what is the error message the you are getting?
Someone is changing my shortcuts on my account somewhere and uploading it to the cloud.
Did you find a solution to this? I have the same problem. Im wondering if I sign into a new computer it will then give me the option to deactivate on all machines..
