9/9-14 I bought the student pack of CC with yearly subscription. Later on that year I changed my primary email, and my subscription was gone. I contacted customer service and he told me to wait. Now it's been several weeks and it's still not registered on my account. Furthermore, my bank account is still being charged the monthly fee without a confirmation email being sent to any of my email addresses.
I've tried getting in contact with adobe several times, but their chat is "unavailable" every time.
How can this be fixed?
Make sure that EVERY DETAIL is the same in every place you enter your information
-right down to how you spell and punctuate the parts of your name and address
