Adding 24 bit audio to a feature film that was (for some unknown reason) cut using Scratch Audio

I was asked to add 24 bit audio (good audio) to a  feature length film. For some unknown reason the editor cut the entire film using the scratch audio. Then he walked away from the project.

Is there any efficient way to accomplish this?

I have access to all the original footage and the Premiere films.

Even with Plural Eyes I'm not sure how I would go about getting the good audio to line up other than moving each take to a new line, dragging it all the way to the left, reviling the take and clap board, then lining the audio up. Or re-editing the film from scratch.

I used CS6, the files have bee updated from CS5.h
