Is this possible?
I've tried putting the rectangle (it's in a shape layer) into a group, and putting the rounding "effect" beneath the group, and then scaling the transform of the group, which should... I think... mean that the rounding effect is applied after the scaling, and therefore not be distorted by the scaling. But it is.
Is there another "work around" for the way AE works to permit the scaling of rectangle to not distort the rounding of the rectangle's corners?
The shape layer rectangle has a built-in rounding...
ok. let's imagine I'm using the rectangle as an example... it could be ANY shape.
Perhaps even a path.
Is what I'm asking for possible? The scaling without distortion of roundings?
I've just tried the 4 ways I know of to scale a rectangle with the rectangle rounding on... it still distorts, with all four means.
Is there a non-distorting rounding of any type in AE?
