    I need to validate a co-author email address for a form submission receipt. How to do this?

      I've created a work order request form where the input field data is submitted. When setting up the form, I used a work email address as co-author so that the form receipt could be sent to that address. However when I "send invite" to the address, it sends a link to the form, but it does not validate the email address.  Form Central is telling me that the email address must be associated with a valid Form Central Account. What do I need to do?

       

      Message:

      This email address must have a verified FormsCentral account prior to using it as the From address. Submission receipts will be sent from formscentral-receipts@acrobat.com until the account is validated.
