    Unable to access my Cloud account. [was: How do I get help from Adobe?]

      Hello,

       

      I keep being charged a monthly amount for Adobe and I can't access my account. I have tried again and again to contact but no one will help me. How do I contact someone from this company to help me with my account so I am not being charged  for something I am not accessing?
