    I want my membership canceled and my money back!


      I asked about my membership cancelation twice. Twice you told me it's canceled and still I am charged for this. I even got the message that you have renewed my membership: Per your request, we have reactivated your subscription to Creative Cloud. It's a pleasure to welcome you back! Sign in to access all your membership features. - This is nuts. I never asked for this and I want my money back. This is the third time I ask for this here at forums since chat is always dead. It's not funny anymore. Cancel my membership and give me back my money.
