    ADE isn't cooperating with my Nook

      I have a Nook Simple Touch Glow Light. It recently started having issues, and so I updated it to the newest version of Nook software and the newest version 4.0 of ADE. Since then, I cannot transfer files from ADE to my Nook. Well, let me rephrase. I can transfer them, but once I try to access them on the device I get "Error Dialog. User not activated". I've de-authorized and re-authorized both my computer and my Nook. I uninstalled version 4.0 of ADE and went back to 2.0, per the directions on the Barnes and Noble support website. Nothing works. I just want to read my library books on a snowy day. Please help!
