    my Flash keeps crashing

    Wopsie

When i click on basicly anything in the program that isnt a tool the software crashes without any clear reason or explaination. No error message is shown.

I have reinstalled the software multiple times but this has had no results. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how can i resolve this?

      Thanks in advance.

<moved from ActionScript 3 to Flash Pro CC - General>

Reset Adobe Flash CS to default configurations

          Factory Reset:

          (Mac)

Double click on Adobe Flash’s icon.

Holding down the Command, Option, Shift keys quickly

When a dialog box appears, click Yes.

          (Windows)

Double click on Adobe Flash’s icon.

Holding down the Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys quickly

When a dialog box appears, click Yes.

If you want to delete user configuration and preferences files manually:

              Window XP – C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Flash<version>

              Window Vista & Window 7- C:\Users\<username>[AppData]\Local\Adobe\Flash<version>

              Mac – Volume/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Flash<version>
