This treatment of users trying to get out of a subscription is criminal and should be investigated for fraud. I have made three attempts to end my subscription but it is a zombie that will not die. Adobe has created the nightmare that we feared they would when they started this ridiculous service. I don't need any piece of software bad enough to go through this again.
