Dual video problems - Do you have dual graphics adapters?
Go to the Windows Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then select Device Manager... In Device manager you click the + sign to the left of Display Adapters... and see if 2 are listed

But, it is only showing 1 display adapter, Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400
I am running 2 displays, 1 from my video card and the other from a USB 2 to VGA adapter. I just tried updating the drivers for the adapter, but it was already up-to-date.
I attempted the BIOS option neither IGD or PEG options worked.
Good luck..... using inbuilt graphics and a USB to video convertor ...and an i3 processor......
Not to mention the below minimum requirements resolution on the first monitor and the bare minimum memory.
