PC to Mac Font changes in documents; rename fonts?

    SerenoSteve

We recently switched our workflow from PC's to Macs. We have a specific corporate font families (CorporateSBQ and CorporateABQ) we use for all of our material (literally thousands of files).

So in setting up the new computers, we're getting "Find Font" errors with all of our thousands of files we are using because InDesign is looking for "CorporateABQ X" X being the weight. However, in the font family we purchased, the mac versions of these fonts read "CorporateA BQ X" - so the space in the font name is really screwing things up.

On our PC's we were using ".pfb" fonts, on the mac, the versions we have

We do not have paragraph or character styles set up.

What's the best way to fix this, instead of doing a font change for 8 different fonts for every file we need to open and modify on our new Mac's? Is there a way I can modify the name of the fonts to eliminate that space in the name in order to trick InDesign?

      Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm including the error found in the Fontbook installation too if that's helpful.
