When you double click the menu marker, you will see an "offset" opportunity 00;00;00;00 in the marker's dialog.
You can use that to change the thumbnail view corresponding to that menu marker but leave the menu marker in its Timeline location.
Have you explored that possibility? It does work - road tested that myself.
What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13 running on? I ask that in case we have to get into a more specific detail related
to the computer operating system on which Premiere Elements is running.
