Ask in the relevant product forum. I've never used both tools nor could I ever be bothered. There are better painting apps for iPad.

I posted my question in the Creative Cloud forum because it is the only one of those categories that includes either of the products I'm asking about. Okay, for anyone else who's having a problem with this, you can't just tap on any of the brushes: it has to be the fifth brush icon, the one right next to the eraser, that will allow you to access brush libraries.
