I have been trying to contact customer support because I was unable to cancel my membership before they charged me the monthly usual. they charged me and took money from my bank account and I wish to get this months refund and cancel my membership, reason to cancel is because money is tight. But "24/7" chat is unavailable and they don't take calls on Saturdays. What do i do! Help anyone?

John, You've been posting this a lot lately and it's as unhelpful as it is incorrect.
The support options listed for canceling a membership include this forum, and staff have helped members cancel via this forum in the past - you only need to go back a handful of pages to find instances of this.
Additionally, as you may've gathered from reading the threads you've posted this in, the 24/7 chat hasn't been working for a week or more, and the phone support option is hit and miss too - mostly miss.
