Disable the color profile in your system's color management settings. Since you haven't provided any proper system information, we can't advise more specifically.
It means precisely what it says. Manufacturer-supplied monitor profiles are surprisingly often defect and unusable. It was probably installed either through running the CD that shipped with the unit, or through Windows Update.
The real fix is to create a custom profile with a calibrator, but if you don't have one use sRGB IEC61966-2.1 until you do. Go to Control Panel > Color Management > Devices:
Relaunch Photoshop so that it can pick up the new profile at startup.
