    Restart a membership


      Hi, I was away on business and while away my credit card expired and my CC subscription was deactived, I missed the email probably because I had troubles receiving all my emails on the road. Now I can't reactivate the subscription and if I try to buy a new one as an existing client it asks me for a serial number which I don't have because CC products don't have them, as I understand it. I need to start working again with my CC apps asap, what should I do? I have already updated my new credit card details. Thanks.
