This morning I paid in advance for one year for Photoshop Creative Cloud. Yet, after downloading the app, it shows that I am using a 30 day trial. This is an unsatisfactory user experience. Why can't you get this right? I need to receive an email now that verifies that my payment was accepted and that I actually am NOT on merely a 30 day trial but that I have use of Photoshop Creative Cloud for one full year like I expected to get.
