I would suggest to uninstall the Creative Cloud software using the Adobe Clean tool and then reinstall.

Then download and install the CC app manager from here. https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
You may have a permissions issue on your OSX 10.10. Try repairing the disk permissions too. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/repair-disk-permissions-running-disk.html
If you are still having problems try installing the software in a new admin user account.
