Disable text to landline but allow calls

How can we get the click to call 1-800 number on our mobile site to allow only calls and not the option to text the landline (Andorid - Samsung phones)?

You can't, that is a browser function. You can disable the auto link click to call in the META but there is nothing to stop the browser recommending texting a click to call link.
