I have the same problem. I am on the phone with one of their agents for 30 minutes now and I am not being helped at all and he said that he can't find any product associated with my account whereas it is showing on my account page that I have a CC month to month subscription and whenever I click on "edit membership" it doesn't give me an option to cancel auto renewal
Yikes. I was able to change mine, however it should have been changed last month when I did it then.
I hope your issue gets figured out quickly and painlessly.

If you have already seen my response, why are you posting in an open forum instead of using the links I've posted to contact Adobe?
You MAY get lucky and an Adobe employee will read this message thread and contact you... but that is not guaranteed to happen
This is an open forum, not Adobe support... You need Adobe support to cancel a subscription

Have you ever had to go through the process of contacting them yourself? Adobe lists chat, phone, and *gasp* this forum as all possible methods of contacting them for support. You might want to update your copy/paste post to something more helpful, like "Until an employee can respond, have you tried the following?".
1. Cancel the Credit or Debit Card that you currently have your Adobe Account linked to, as they provide no way of removing it.
2. Make sure you have all the Case Numbers for your "Chat Session" attempts.
3. Contact Adobe Customer Service via phone, expect either a long wait or you can leave your information via the prompts and Customer Support will call you back.
4. Make sure and tell them you have your Case Numbers from the Chat attempts.
Customer Support called me back within 30-45 minutes. They were willing to just drop my subscription this morning without any problems or additional fees.
Make sure you cancel the card very first thing though. That should insure that they can't continue to charge you anymore.
