are you 29.97fps, 24 fps ? so half a frame, I estimate at 1/30 x 1/2 is 1/60 of a second
I take that waveform to Audition, add 1/60 of a second (silence), or subtract 1/60 of a second, save and import into Premiere
Change your Audio Time line to Audio Units instead of Timecode) and slip the audio track freely in micro units.
Ya, I like that approach better shooternz, although I have not applied it, if needed I will at some point.
Video can only be edited in whole frames.
Audio can be edited in 1/48000 of a second.
So follow Shooternz advice and set it to Audio Units.
