Hi Adobe, I have to cancel as my year's student rate was up in December and it's now beyond my budget to continue. I've tried since before Christmas to cancel online and by phone but couldn't, no one to service the call. January payment has just gone through and I don't want to pay it any more. Please see to this asap.
